Project DevNotes: The Plan

The plan for this project is to create a AIR app which can be used by developers to record notes, to-do lists, ideas and links that they have when developing.

I’m always writing on scraps of paper, or starting pages in note book, but they are always getting lost or written over.

So I’ve had the idea to have a app which is running in the background that I can write quick notes in or store links in, or ideas for the structure of a class. Then save these notes under a project name.

For this first release the features of DevNotes are:

1. Create projects.
2. Create project types.
3. Add to-do lists per project.
4. Store notes against a project.

I’m planning to add further features in future releases. I’m also going to blog the development of this project. I see this as a learning project.
