I was reading the blog of a Freelance web designer, Laura Kalbag, as part of my research into Responsive Web Design. Laura has a presentation recorded at the London Web Standards group that I was watching on YouTube.
On her blog she mentioned her Zerply account, which lead me to the Zerply site. Zerply, like Workfu is a site you can set up a profile of yourself and the work you have done.
It also links with other services, like your Twitter account, Flickr, Facebook, LinkedIn and many others. You can make connections with others on the site, endorse people, follow people’s stream. It really makes a professionals community that isn’t full of recruiters, like LinkedIn.
Well worth a look.
