Started using the Adobe forums recently after avoiding them for a long time. They've improved a lot, the user experience is far better than before. The best feature by far is the voting system, where you can set a answer as a correct answer or a helpful answer.
This really encourages people to start using the forums, trying to build up points and status. At the same time building the community.
